LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Network Monitoring Technician for a long-term contract opportunity (plus the right-to-hire) with our client in St. Louis, MO.

The Network Monitoring Technician will:

  • Provide production support for Enterprise Monitoring Applications.

  • Perform technical troubleshooting, changes, and daily tasks for Enterprise Monitoring Applications and Systems.

  • Work with customers and other support teams to co-ordinate and facilitate incident triage and timely resolution of production issues.

  • Analyze, resolve, and co-ordinate technical problems for all issues/incidents.

  • Coordinate incident resolution with infrastructure and application support groups and implement changes to prevent problem recurrence.

  • Identify problems and correct them as soon as possible to restore full service.

  • Maintain Remedy incident tickets and service request cases in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Manage and escalate issues according to the proper procedures.

  • Monitor applications and automated processes.


  • At least 3 years of hands-on support experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing, maintaining and troubleshooting in at least 1 out of the following technologies, or similar: Solarwinds, Netcool/WebTop, App Dynamics, Splunk or Nagios

  • Candidates must be available to work any day/shift

  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

  • Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

  • Corp to corp will not be considered
