Time to get to work! We’re seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a client in Central Illinois. This is a long-term contract for the right person.   • Organizing and coordination onboarding of resources- including all logistics for multiple locations.

  • Perform SharePoint updates

  • Assist with the Onboarding/Offboarding process documentation

• Documenting meeting notes, and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings as assigned

• Schedule and maintain Governance meetings (executive review, manager review) and update the SharePoint calendar

• Provide additional assistance for Vendor Services (updates issue trackers/logs)

• Providing administrative support as needed

· Assist with reviewing and processing invoices

Must have 2+ years of experience with the following:

· Project Coordination experience

· Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook

· Schedule and maintain meetings

· Documenting meeting notes

· Organizing and coordination onboarding of resources

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
