This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity that could potentially be extended for the right person. The Project Coordinator will:

  • Work with the Project manager to create detailed project plans, with all tasks, dependencies, and timelines identified, and keep those project plans continuously updated.

  • Ensure scope, schedule, and budget data are communicated to stakeholders, as they may evolve throughout a project.

  • Report relevant status to managers and key stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Establish and maintain schedules, drive activities, identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies, work with internal teams and external partners.

  • Effectively coordinate groups of technical and non-technical resources to deliver project work in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Work with vendors to obtain access to the data.

  • Work with vendors to analyze differences/gaps.


  • 5+ years of experience with the following:

  • SDLC (Agile and or Waterfall), MS Project

  • Managing vendor workload and progress; Managing customization of vendor product

  • Managing client expectations

  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language

  • Candidate must be able to work for any employer in the U.S. without company sponsorship
