The Project Coordinator will:
Work with the Project manager to create detailed project plans, with all tasks, dependencies, and timelines identified, and keep those project plans continuously updated.
Ensure scope, schedule, and budget data are communicated to stakeholders, as they may evolve throughout a project.
Report relevant status to managers and key stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner.
Establish and maintain schedules, drive activities, identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies, work with internal teams and external partners.
Effectively coordinate groups of technical and non-technical resources to deliver project work in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Work with vendors to obtain access to the data.
Work with vendors to analyze differences/gaps.
5+ years of experience with the following:
SDLC (Agile and or Waterfall), MS Project
Managing vendor workload and progress; Managing customization of vendor product
Managing client expectations
Candidate must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language
Candidate must be able to work for any employer in the U.S. without company sponsorship
